Hi,
The windscreen wiper has decided to turn itself on randomly!
I've sprayed contact cleaner in the area, made no difference.
Fairly sure the assembly is knackered, but I feel the the next step should be to lubricate the assembly. Seems that silicon spray isn't good. WD40 in my opinion is inclined to attract dust.
Anyone have any suggestions. The car has only 67,000 miles showing.

Seems🙄 That after spraying the general area with contact cleaner. Then repeating the next day, but this time rotating wiper stalk. Using dip main gained better access for the nozzle, at the moment seems OK. Fingers crossed.
