Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find wiring diagrams for the following?
W447 2022 V Class - Front right passenger seat harness(left hand drive)
W117 2019 CLA - Front right passenger seat harness(left hand drive)

More specifically the airbag system and cables related to it.

Regards,
Sean

You can find wiring diagrams from WIS. Those models are still covered by the off-line version of WIS. Someone might print those for you if you had identified the vehicles accurately (VIN code).

Which part of the seat related airbag system are you interested? Just airbags or seat belt tensioners, passenger presence sensor or such?

Hi,
I see I made a couple of mistakes in my original post, it is a C118 CLA 2019..

Anyway, thanks for the reply.
C118 CLA 2019 VIN:WDD1186841N024208
W447 V Class VIN:W1V44781313942342

Mainly need the circuit diagrams with colour coded cables for the airbag and maybe heated seats, but everything regarding the seat harnesses would be great. These are left hand drive vehicles, so the right seat is the passenger.

The reason for the search is that I have retrofitted CLA seats into my V Class van, and need to get rid of the error code for the airbag squib. Have managed to fix the seat belt and occupancy sensor faults, but haven't dared do anything to the airbag connections as I am not sure what is what.

Thanks

A few diagrams for those two cars, hope I've picked up the ones that match the option codes of both.

Great, thanks. Will look through and see what I can find. Basically looking to find out which cables in the W447 are for the airbag, and the C118 equivalent.

Unfortunately it looks like those diagrams are not what I need, they seem to be more for the modules rather than the connectors themselves.
Here are the connectors in question that I was hoping to identify.
Obviously not all of them are necessary or even correspond, but it would be great to get the airbag connected.

Wiring diagrams are not for the modules (internal wiring) at all, they cover the wiring between control units and sensors/actuators/switches etc. including any connectors in-between.

Takes some time to identify your connectors from photos, if there is no connector number label included, at least the part number must be shown (was on some photos).

These cars are quite different, are you sure it is safe to mix SRS parts from one to the other?

This one covers one connector on the 118:

I have no idea to be honest, I assumed one airbag would be basically the same as another as long as the location/vehicle brand was the same. I would be happy to just leave it unplugged, but the error in the dash will then stay on.

I didn't catch the connector in the diagram you added, thanks for pointing it out, I don't read diagrams like that every day.

Have located a couple of things now.
W447 connector:
Pin 9-11 are R12/31 Front passenger thorax-pelvis sidebag squib 67L
Pin 6-8 not sure here yet, haven't found them i diagram

C118 connector:
Pin 9-10-11 are R12/10 Front passenger sidebag squib 123L (3 wires here, seems to be 2 GND points?)

The other wires for the C118 seem to be for S68/4 (seat belt buckle switch) and N110 (weight sensing system control unit).

I did not have a look at the W447 connectors.
