You-Tube audio downloads

Some time back someone here recommended DVDVIDEOSOFT for downloading the audio only content from YT videos. And it's worked well - untill now.
All I get now is 'video downloading error' and when I click on 'Learn more' I'm told to 'check proxy settings'.
Has anyone else been suffering the same? And how and where do I check proxy settings?

U -tube has a habit of changing their "website formatting" for lack of better description every so often meaning any Downloader you have has to be updated to suit. Some downloaders are better at updating their download programmes to "keep up" than others.
