Newbie in Bristol

Hi All
I'm a (potential) newbie in Bristol.
I'm looking at a C200d Estate and I was wondering if I could get any tips and experience on ownership please?
I know it's only a 1.6 TD but what are they like to live with on a day to day basis?
The good MPG and low road tax is appealing but is the Renault diesel engine any good?
The car I'm looking at is a '66 plate with 82K on the clock.

Greetings 'Moi Babber' from just down the road - My friend has a similar car of a similar age ( estate version ) ..... actually i think his is the 1.8 kompressor petrol model??

Anyway he loves it, has had no issues with it and currently it has done over 140k ..... So i will log off now as that is absolutely no use to your question!

Someone else will chime in with a more detailed response i am sure.
