Mercedes turned this around in 24hrs. TFL pretty much did the same so it was a really fast process and minimal effort my end considering the benefit. I am trying to do same for my BMW but speaking to them is an absolute nightmare!

My Mercedes R129 SL320 2001 is ULEZ compliant. Although its a Euro 3 engine the Nox level is same as a Euro 4 and it meets Tfl level for Nox (only just) so i got 100% exemption from TFL.

Thanks Dieselman, Since asking the question i found the same website however what you say does not tally. I paid £135 for a years tax on my 2.2 diesel which would suggest its CO2 emissions falls in band d. I also checked the merc website which said its emissions is 160g/km. Harry

i've not got around to fixing mine yet but the flashing of the A/C button when you try and go into air con mode seems to be identical between yours and mine however i have no problems with the heater working, it works fine as does the temperature control, i just cant get out of economy mode...

does the air con off button flash on and offf when you try and switch it onto a/c then go off because mine is currently doing this.
