    CLK W209 - 4 x Saiph 17" Wheels

I have a set of four 17" Saiph wheels for sale removed from my 2005 CLK C209. I believe they will fit other models but unsure of specific details. One has a small (~ 10mm) split in the inner lip of the rim that I have been assured can be repaired. The rest are a little scruffy and are currently...

    Wheel Damage - Repairable?

Got a spare, albeit heavily kerbed, rim that I can use for the moment. Will put the damaged rim to one side and get it welded when I have the money to get them all refurbished. Sounds exactly like the crack you had, i.e. '1cm vertical to the circumference of the inside rim'.

    Wheel Damage - Repairable?

Been struggling with an ongoing slow puncture since I bought the car but finally removed the wheel today and found a small crack in the lip on the inside of the wheel. It's right where it meets the tyre, is about a centimetre long and just about wide enough to get my finger nail in at the...

    Roof Dent

Whilst out yesterday I noticed a new dent in the roof of my W209 but have no idea what could have caused it. Although fairly shallow it's a palm sized dent just back from the edge of the windscreen. Something must have hit it fairly hard but the paint is unmarked and I didn't see or hear...

Is that just on the W211 as the W209 just needs a cable plugging in to the aux socket on the back of the Audio 20?

    Paint Spots On Leather

My recently purchased CLK appears to have a few small paint spots on the leather interior. Can anyone recommend a way to remove them without damaging the seats?

    W209 Rear Seatbelt Problem

I spoke to a technician at the local Mercedes main dealer about what to use to free up sticking seat belts and he recommended a silicon spray rather than a PTFE one. Anyone ever tried a silicon spray?

    W209 CLK Centre Console Problem

The cover that hides the latching mechanism for the centre console/arm rest has started falling off at inopportune moments. I've managed to refit the innards each time but can't for the life of me work out how the thing is supposed to stay on. Is it just a friction push fit so I need a new cover...

Vito 111 CDI Uneven tyre wear

My 2006 111CDI still had the original tyres on it when I sold it with 45k on the clock. My 2008 120CDI ranged from 8500 to 35000 miles per set depending on whether the geometry & tracking was set as per the dealer instructions or as per MB HQ instructions. It appeared that the dealership was...

New tyres for Brabus Vito Sport X / Viano

I got anywhere from 8,000 to 38,000 from the original Sport Contacts depending on whether MB Germany, MB Head Office or an assortment of dealerships last did the tracking and wheel alignment on my 120 Sport.

    Missing A Service

I'm just a bit confused as to what it did actually have as it was serviced religiously every year and 10k miles (-ish) except for this one aberration of two years and nearly 20k miles. I guess there is no way to know for sure sadly.
