An 18 year old employee has a 17 year old VW Golf as a first car - 1100cc Cost £400. nsurance Third Party is £2,100. Car is oroginal no modifications. I just don't believe half the kids we see in modified Corsa etc are insured. Its outrageous. Rant over. Marc

I've got a 1999 C250TD sport - The car has now done 92,000 miles (40,000 by me in the last year) I'm considering a change - will going over the 100,000 make a significant difference in its value (or more to the point desirability)

I have a set of 4 195-70-15 Michellin tyres on V class steel rims. Covered only 100 delivery miles. A set of 17 inch alloys were fitted straight away so these are left as extra. Been in my garage for nearly 2 years but i have sold the V class on and they are still sitting there. Collection only...

Okay, this is the saddest post ever but I caught it on camera :rolleyes: My car rewarded me with a broken rev counter... which was fixed by hitted the dash twice !?!? Anyhow, what are your current mileages?

Passed the 100K this weekend. Owned car for two years. No major problems apart from MAS sensor two weeks ago. I'd like to swap it for an E55 AMG, but why the hell don't M-B dealers call you back? I'm a cash buyer for goodness sake! Until that day, the E240 goes like a train...
