    Fuel light - 8Ltrs?

    Am I right in thinking the fuel light comes on when 8ltrs remaining? My car conks out at around 34miles after light comes on, I'm doing about 30mpg which I work out to be about 6.5miles/ltr. Running highly filtered waste veg oil. So at 8ltrs remaining I should have about 50 miles? The fuel...
