convertion

I currently have rear wind up windows on my 1994 W124. I was wondering if there is a full guide to replace these with electric motors. I have the motors and the wiring lume, just in need of some sort of guide. anyone know any ? Thanks

A little advice please. I have recorded most of my CD's onto Windows Media player in Audio format and I want them in MP3 format. Do I have to rerecord the whole lot or is there a way to convert the files?
