The dealer that supplied my car was quite open that they suffer serious quantities of bird cr@p from a nearby establishment. When I first saw the car in the compound I was horrified to see bird cr@p all over it. They assured me it would all be cleaned up for delivery, which it was.
I have just sent this email to Derwent Leeds customer service:
My wife had BMWs during the 1990s and we had nothing like this poor standard of customer care. Not impressed. Are all Merc dealers this bad?
