    I've got some Clipsal Surge Protection sockets. Does anyone know the correct way to wire them ? The instructions seems to indicate that you put the wires from the surge filter into the relevant L / N Terminals, as well as the live feed. So how does this work (or am I being stupid) ?

    Domestic heating oil £££, how much?

    I had my oil tank at home filled up today @ 24.39p per litre :crazy: Seems like a lot to me and definately the most I've ever paid. So 1000 ltrs @ 24.39 + VAT at 5% = £256.09 What are you guys paying for heating oil? Cheers.

    Domestic gas connection cost?

    I'm looking at buying a mid-terrace cottage that has no gas supply. The mains supply runs along the front of the row of cottages so there shouldn't be too much trouble piping to said cottage. Can anyone give me an indication of the cost? Neither Transco nor any of the supply companies...
