Returning back to Glasgow from Bristol last weekend I had a blow out at 90mph on M6.I only knew about it when I looked in the mirror and saw smoke coming from rear.Space saver put on and limped back home.Passing a camera van on overhead bridge at Lockerbie.Thankfully only doing 55 at this time...

My new(ish) E280 cdi is being delivered on Friday,just been reading about an iPod interface which sits in the glovebox and connects into the standard radio/CD player. Just wondering if anyone has one fitted and if so how does it perform? hope someone can help/ ATB Chris

Just been looking at the Mercedes web page and noticed that both of these cars are effectively 3 litre V6's. Is the E320 therefore a chipped version of the E280 and how can Mercedes charge over £2000 for a chip? The 280 is a 2987cc 140kw output, the 320 is also a 2987 with a slightly higher...

I'm in Copenhagen at the mo on a business trip and got picked up by an E280 CDI from the airport. Anyone know if this coming to the UK to replace the 270CDI? I understand that the 280 CDI is a 3 litre (like the 320 CDI) but is just tuned differently? On another note, cars are darn expensive...
