    Beep while trying to start.

    Recently I bought W210 300TD without fob key. It only had emergency key. I bought new key (pre-programmed fob) and it opens doors fine fine and it tuns engine fine as well. But got small problem. When I turn ignition, I can hear beep. Its not like a tick (duh) but just like a beep from a watch...
