    GMP to target motorists using smart car fleet?

    Just thought you may be interested in THIS Greater Manchester Police to usee cctv equipped Smart Cars to catch motorists, using phones, interacting with sat nav's, eating at the wheel. Think its only a trial at the moment but beware Big Brother really is watching (Well in Manchester anyway) :)
