    Service letters mean nothing??

    Had car serviced at Mercedes last week and was told the service letter means nothing! they just go by service records, is this correct?? also i can hear a sound which sounds like a dry bearing coming from the front of the engine, mentioned this to the service lady as i would have expected it to...

    hi all . i have a 270 cdi ml 01 and would like some black "brabus" letters and also the "d4" letters. does any one know where i can get some for. have looked for them in all the usual places ,:mad:

    Where do I send complaint letters, and addressed to whom?

    Any help plus pointers would be a great help thanks. Anyone who has any advice for writing these letters please speak your mind as it will help me alot and i'm sure plenty more in the future. Thanks alot Zishan
