Hi all, I've said that I would upload some pics of the Wagon once I'd lowered it on Eibach springs. Some of you may know that I drive the C250TD-T. I ordered some cheap springs from Ebay for the lesser capacity petrol engines. It has worked out fine and the whole car now sits on it's new...

Anyone heard from Smillion, regarding his E55 suspension lowering, wondered how he has got on with it, and weather he has felt a need to raise the suspension from his initial settings.

Following on the from an earlier thread, this morning I had the car lowered using links and my new wheels fitted. 1.5 hours and went very smoothly. The mechanic was very pleased with how easily the links went on and how easy to adjust - we have gone for a very conservative setting to begin with...

I got some 17" wheels for my w202 c180 merc but when i fitted them it looked like it was on stilts so decided to get some lowering springs. after fitting them theres a juddering and knocking noise when its on full lock left. its getting quite allarming. had a look on a ramp and every thing...

So here it is... Standard springs replaced with Eibach Pro Kit all round and still using the standard 8mm pads with standard MB Shocks for now. Have also got new Bilstein Shocks for all round which will be going on the car on monday.

Any of you has lowered his w209 clk with 17'' wheels? Thanks!
