I need to grab some frames from a 1280x720 MP4 file. I can't seem to find a way to step forward/backward a frame at a time in either Windows Media Player or Quicktime viewer. I can do it in Windows Live Movie Maker, but the preview in that is not full quality. Any ideas? I'm on Windows 7...
