My daughter passed her driving test first time a couple of weeks ago, she is seventeen and a half and is itching for a new car.
Problem is, if a get a quote for a new small engined car or a 10-15 year old car that the quotes i am getting are a joke 2.5k upto 8.5k :eek: :eek: :eek:

Just read about this in one of our local free papers and wondered if it seems like a good or bad idea on UK roads, but as I don't know any of the legislation or restrictions relating to their use I can't decide. I can see points for and against, what are your thoughts?
I've booked my petrolhead son onto an hour long driving session on car parks at the NEC, early July - £60/hr.
