Damn high Glaswegian kerbs. Lovely scrape down one of my alloys - can anyone recommend a good alloy refurbisher around shrewsbury way?

Just been to the dentist, parked car away from other cars and came back to this ..why why why do they do it? I'm not angry I feel too saddened and p*ssed off to be angry - I'm sure that will come later...Have tried T cut. etc not a jot of good...Any suggestions? Or is it a case of a paint job??
