Or not as the case may be. I have a car where the RFL was due on the 1st March 2011, so decided to register it SORN and keep it in the garage and save the months cost. Now I want to tax this car today as I expect I will want to drive it within the next month, but can't find a way to tax it...

Can I tax a car if I am not the registered keeper? Just don't want to look a fool when I go to the post office tomorrow. I do hold an insurance policy for this vehicle.
