turbo

Hi all, i have just fully reconditioned my turbo. But the actuator is mot moving freely. No gears or plastic is damaged or broken. Can i lube the gear mech ? many thanks

Be interested to hear from a few people who have had their turbo diesels remapped. Would you say it was worth the cost? How much MPG increase and noticeable difference in performance? And is there anyone out there who felt a remap messed their car up or created problems?
