Didn't really notice the steering wheel until you mentioned it....now its ALL I can see hideous !!

Indeed I don't think I have ever seen or heard of a travertine beige cls55 or 63. Its a sort of gold colour I think. So strip off the paint and wrap it in a better proper colour (+around £2-3k which takes it into early 5.5 bi-turbo territory). Why would you?

Yes, I remember seeing them around so I reckon you are right (and other MG models too like the ZS I think).

All MG's (TF, ZR, ZS and ZT) were available in this colour as part of the monogram paint options around 2003 onwards.

Very hard to match for single panels and around £400 a litre.

These flip paints came out of Lotus (or at least into mainstream) and then TVR started using them on the Tuscan's.

The paint on my Chimaera is Amaranth Purple which is a two colour purple and blue mix but suits a bonkers TVR OK. Not sure these paints suit something like a CLS though.
