17" Evo II

Got the car back, fitted new 'EVO II' wheels from Alloywheelsdirect.net too. Looks pretty good I think - chose the painted versions rather than the polished spokes as I think it suits the paint colour better.
Prices away from MB direct were much more favourable - thanks for the pointer on that Company!

Years of fun to come - as long as the petrol lasts.........!

+1 a bit of lowering would make it look very nice indeed :thumb:
 
Sounds good - in the UK probably more practical as down here, the French have found the joys of speed humps and already, I have to be so careful not to catch the front end as I think they are just fabricated on a whim with no standardisation - some you barely feel, others are like an off-road course!

I had never thought of lowering the car - perhaps something for the future....
Just in the process of buying a '95 300 non-turbo diesel estate for running around - very relaxing to drive....!
