18" AMG Wheels - Wanted

I am looking for a set of staggered 18" AMG Rims Style 1 or Style 3 in good condition to suit c36, I would prefer tyres inc. but any considered.

I am watching ebay but just missed a set of Style 3's

Ive got a set of Style III's, all 4 are 8"x18", which I think is the only ones that will fit a w202. The SL style III's are 8.5" and 9.5" wide.

I do also have a set of Style II's but there probably too close to what you already have.

akash, i think Dave meant the "new " style 3`s as per the latest clk and slk`s. these are 7.5J and 8.5J

The SL style III's are 8.5" and 9.5" wide.

They'd fit on a W202 but the tyres would need to be a careful selection

I definately want staggered wheels, not sure what width, I guess I will not really have a wide choice, but 8 or 8.5 front and then 8.5 or 9 at the back.

I am informed et 30, 31 or 37 on the front and 30 or 35 on the back.

I had my 17's refurbed, but they corroded again and also have buckled! So I am considering AMG 'Style' as the original ones haven't been too great

I did pick up a pair of 17" AMG 'Style' wheels to use as track day rears, but I am using those on the front at the mo, Style 1'ish split rims and they look quite nice.

Remember that the offset depends entirely on the width of the wheel.

IMO the 19" wheels on a w202 will ruin the feel and drive of the car. Not to mention the fact tyres cost the earth, and with such a low profile its a matter of time before the wheels become egg shaped.

well, the STD wheels appear to rub on lock, will these be worse then? I use 225/40/17 atm.

If they did fit, what would the best tyre size be?

I have a similar pair of 17" wheels that I am currently using on the front, they fit and suit the car.
