1972 Coach for stag do.

I was thinking of lending you my Winnie, but is only a 6 berth (8 if you're good friends:rolleyes: )

I think you would need a double decked coach to be comfortable sleeping that amount.

20 - 30 blokes all in a confined space after consuming vast amounts of alcohol and food = smelly:devil:

Fart-a-rama:p

I suggested a double decker to him and it is a better idea. There are a few on ebay too.

Can you drive yours on a car licence?

Yes. It's a lot better on fuel than a coach too.
It does have a large overhang though on the rear and travels better with a full tank of water (NEVER TRAVEL 1/2 FULL as is 100 gallon tank), but that knocks the MPG down a bit.
I have it for sale at the moment.

Keeping it in the family here are some links to German left hand drive buses which may prove more reliable than some old British bus and left hand drive will help!

I know what one of these is.....a good old reliable Mercedes 307 with seating for 50...a couple of generations on from the 303 that we took to India. Shame its got no photos.

Not yet.

It won't be be that is buying it, the stag will.

What do you think?

The imagination that went into that design is staggering.....er....draw a rectangle and put wheels at either end.

Ideal for the job in hand, although after a few beers it might be hard to decide which is the front and which is the rear

Just picture the "Jolly Boys Outing" to margate from Only Fools.

A stag do, you reckon - not a football match then?

And your mate who can drive the coach, he's not known as 'Big William', by any chance is he?

Just remember how it ended up last time he went for a drive through Europe with a few mates. He'll be OK on the motorway but keep him off the mountain passes whatever you do...

I think Grav was onto it already...

Just watch way you go if you do get a double decker.
