Not wanting to be pedantic but shouldn't a facelift car be an E320 not a 320E. A great car that would look better with smaller wheels and not lowered as much in my view.

Early face lift car's were built as a 320E, the change came in 93.

The Lotec will be way faster than the 500E, especially through the gears

Thoughts on servicing the turbo on this and are the manual boxes solid enough?

Getrag dogleg more than solid enough.

I doubt servicing would be an issue at a good indy.

Hi everybody it is my car book for auction at Brocklands. The suspension and wheels are done by AMG and has prove by TUV 1994 and Lotec install Garrett turbo and re done electronics. It is very fast and Getrag gear box is bullet proof and it is ideal for the Garrett turbo.
All been done 1994 by AMG and Lotec with support papers and German TUV approved.
Hughes of Beaconsfield confirm to me that they can service the vehicle in future.
