- Mercedes C180 Classic Estate 1996 and a Ducati Paso 907ie in the Garage.
Well after several weeks of playing and letting the the old girl sit there and sulk and after checking various other ideas found with the search button and then waiting for a cheap coil to appear on the WWW I managed to source one locally (11 miles away) Brand new from a car shop for £23.95.....Bargain!
Guess what? Once fitted..everything bar that faulty gearbox which I know about ..........all runs fine.
Problem solved and no wasted £40.00 (cheapest quote !!) getting a local garage to plug and play with their computer thank heavens.
So new plugs (due in any case) and new Coil....phew!
So if you are reading this with a similiar issue I hope it helps.
