1998 sprinter 312d smoking and wont rev above 1000 rpm

hi guys had my sprinter recovery truck 5 years 175k on clock now.
all ways serivce every 5.000 miles oil fuel filter use mb oil.
been running like new driving other day doping round 50mph all of sudden lost all power pulled over will tick over but when you try rev wont go over 1000 rpm and smokes looks like blue.
first thing i did took pipe of turbo checked that seems all ok no play called aa he did few checks seems to think inside turbo inpeller mite be at fault as he said it sounds like it choking on exhaust gasses.
i did notice crankcase breather pipe from rocker cover to turbo pipe when took of smoking on tick over.
but aa man said thats exhuast gasses what go to turbo to be burned of.
has any one seen this fault or any help please.
as love this truck been great other than rust nothing a welder cant sort.

hi no warning lights come on all lights go of once started even edc and I beleave these have the old round plug 14 pin

Hi had plugged in here’s faults that came up

Put all back together cleared fault codes started ran for 5 min not one fault code came up
