If Damon Hill really did own it, why not include some pics of the 'logbooks' proving it? Also, although I've never met the man, it strikes me as unlikely that, as an ex-racing driver, he would have gone for a car like this which (from memory) was not renowned for the brilliance of its driving characteristics.
I stand to be corrected though...

These "formerly owned by" adverts with the V5 make me laugh. Unless it's openly public knowledge exactly where that famous person lived, all you have is that it was owned by someone with that name.

Proper provenance would be some form of signed or corroborating correspondence.
