This is a re-issue of a plea for help sorting out the central locking. The key fob will unlock the car but won't lock it. The soft-close boot pull down doesn't happen. The pumps runs when requested by the fob. I've dismantled it and checked the rotor and vanes and they are fine. It will pull 4 bars vacuum. After re-installation, the pump runs on any request from the fob and when I open a door. I can feel air pumped out through the filter/silencer when I select unlocking. There is no air through the pump when I select locking. I haven't done anything to the car (remove door cards, boot trim) that might have damaged any of the vacuum pipes. I wonder if there is a re-set procedure?
