Selling my Golf:
2008 GT Sport TDi 170 (DPF) in silver.
5 door, 6 speed manual, leather, heated front seats, electric lumbar support, a/c, auto lights, auto wipers, ipod input, factory tints on rear windows, Goodyear Eagle tyres.
108k and rising with use.
Full service history including one now before it is sold.
MOT September.
Brilliant car to drive, 50mpg average on my cross country commute, will to 60 if you're careful. Very comfortable, fast enough to be interesting, handles well, hasn't let me down in the 25k I've done in it.
This car has the later engine which doesn't suffer with injector problems, and has the later spec gear driven oil pump, not the chain drive that is prone to failure.
Great car, don't really want to sell, but have to due to house renovation project.
Will go up on the usual websites when I get a chance to take some decent photos in the day time. (Or I might just put up blurry night time shots of it all dirty...) But for now it's here:
Milton Keynes during office hours or Chipping Norton/Banbury weekends.
