2012 SLK AIR VENTS HOT AIR

Hi all i have just bought a SLK 250 CDI went on a bit of a road trip,, i personally think the car has been on the forecourt for some months looking at mot milage etc,
So problem No1 no cold air from vents when aircon is switched on
Problem No2 Hot air is continuously blowing at whatever temp the dial is.

I gave the car a good clean and noticed that a plastic flap is missing from passenger side bonnet grill on the underside of bonnet.

I am going to take it back but i am getting bad vibes from them !!!

Your heater / aircon problem could be a stuck duo valve.

Hi. Did you ever get this resolved? I have a similar problem on E220 S212.

Hi i took car back they gassed the aircon up and all seems good ,, they had the car all day so they may have done other things ,, this is the second SLK ive had and i took the view that they are a well built well engineered car ,, unlike Rix motors in Warrington .
