I have a 2013, pre-facelift, E250cdi Sport (coupe) and I’m trying to identify a missing ‘lower dash‘ panel and would appreciate some help. When I bought the car two years ago, in December 2019, it had only 13,000 miles and was in minty condition. However, the low mileage was, at least in part, due to the original owner being disabled and having had the car converted from new to suits his needs. The conversion involved a left foot accelerator set-up, which had a flip-up and flip-down arrangement that allowed the accelerator to be on either side.
I removed this arrangement and reinstalled a new ‘original’ pedal, but I’m missing a panel that should extend from the bottom of the dash towards the pedals. I assume that it should include a footwell light as I have a loose wire that would appear to intended for this purpose. Can anyone help with a part number, or confirm if it is a part common to either the C Class coupe or the E Class saloon? Thanks
