2014 C220 AMG Sport Plus

Hi All, i am looking for a replacement drl unit which has some stone damage. By the look of it i would only need to buy the grille or grilles as the light unit works fine. My dealer tells me that one of the holes is intentional and used by a temperature sensor but i'm not so sure as all the pics i have seen of similar vehicles to mine do not show any holes.

Anyways, can someone recommend a supplier who might be able to supply the grilles and or unit.
