Mercedes Me why does this come up on phone even when car is in garage, windows or sliding sunroof have been closed or moved to ventilation position

Happens on my wife's GLA. I think she's hitting the window buttons on the drivers arm rest when she gets in or out, or a window is not resetting to the fully closed position, then when the rain sensor detect moisture, the window(s) close and hence the message from the app.
I've gone out and checked some of the time, and the windows are actually closed.
