Too true but it is normal on insurance jobs and he offers to "sort it" on purchase...hmmm!
It is just down the road from me so I might have a look.

looks pretty tidy in the pics. The wheels alone (look like real AMGs) are worth £500+ on ebay.

ANY ONE WHO BIDS AND DOES NOT GO THROUGH WITH THE SALE WILL BE PERSUED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE AND WE WILL GET OUR TIME AND MONEY BACK EVEN IF IT TAKE A YEAR AND COSTS US MONEY WE ARE SICK OF SOME EBAY MEMBERS BIDDING AND NOT BUYING THERE IS NO NEED FOR IT.

How are they going to get their time back ? have they got a Delorean ?

Sounds extremely suspect, why is it a Cat D if there is no damage?

Surely it could have already been repaired. Once a cat D always a cat D and so it needs to be listed as such.

stolen recovered with no/v little damage can be classed as a cat d from what ive seen in the past....
