89' 300CE hammer?

I found this the other day, its not on ebay but I think im right in saying this is one of those AMG conversions with the 5.6/6.0 v8. Emailed the owner, he was very brief and didnt answer many questions but said he will get back to me. Car has been in storage for over a year and has 94k on the clock.
Still looking to buy a w123 coupe but if anyone can shed any light on this I may well drive down and see this car.

It's not a Hammer, just a 300CE with an AMG bodykit (DVLA shows it as a 3ltr).
It's also a W124, not a W123.

Yeah had suspicious it might just be a factory body kit. Hah I know its not a w123, im looking to buy myself a w123 coupe and meant if this was a hammer i might be persuaded into a w124 instead
