A bit left over!!

Does anyone know what the part in these photos is? I found it rattling aorund under the passenger seat. It is part number 1246840318. Sorry the pics are a bit under exposed. Not sure if it is relevent but I found it shortly after I had the alarm replaced, probably a coincidence.

Thanks for that, looked all around the seats and could not find anything obvious missing so I guess it is buried deep inside somewhere. I can feel back pain coming on just thinking about the position I'm going to need to get into to fix this!!
