A class w176 window problems

The window has not come off the motor, but has come out the frame, it still goes up and down. I can't see a way of putting it back in or accessing the window by removing the door card, they are riveted up.

Does anyone have any advice on how to put it back into the runner?

I've solved the problem, I found both the screws for the rear quart and removed it, then realigned the window and it works perfectly now.

Hi , how did you go about re aligning rear window, have same issue myself at the minute, have to guide the window up by hand to get it closed which is really annoying!

Had to basically take all the trim and frame off then line it back up. It’s a simple job once you know how to do it. It was a friends car and was a few years ago now.
