A45 AMG 2016 Limp Mode

Hi guys I need some advice I've just bought a 2016 A45 Amg facelift model 7sp auto (car is stock)
the car has had its B service done at 93,000kms car currently has 95,000kms they checked everything at the B service everything was ok.

so basically what's happening while driving the car it will just go into limp mode and throttle won't go over 30kms. Only way to get rid of it is to stop turn the car off and on again then its ok again. It happens randomly example I might drive 1 hour its all sweet then it might do it 2x on a 20 min drive also when it does happen no warning lights or nothing come up on the dash I've booked it in with Mercedes next week for a check up
does anyone know what could be the cause?

Without a proper diagnostic session on a decent scan tool you are guessing. Get it scanned and check what codes you get.

I had similar issue with my previous car A Class, my local garage just updated the software did the trick.

As you've just bought it, if from a garage, did it come with a warranty, just in case....?
