ABC fluid

Just having ABC visit workshop messages on a CL500. Does anyone have info about the smaller of the two reservoirs on the nearside front of the engine bay? Its empty. The large one higher up is ok.

Any idea if the fluid in the power steering is the same as in the ABC reservoir? Both need more than a tad...
