Hello guys,
I am a newbie to this forum, please forgive me if I'm asking something stupid.
I purchased the c220 three week ago. According to the website, the model should be w205, right? But what I found on both my V5C and the information stick at the driver's door says that the model is 204. So I'm really confused about what model I've got. Could someone answer it for me please?
Besides, in UK and some countries in Europe, MB offers the connect me service. Although for my SE trim line there is no command online, I do have the connect me standard services (Emergency call, telediagnostics...). But both the dealer and I could not figure out how it works. We tried to activate it several times, but what shows in my MB portal is just status unavailable. If it does not work, it means in an accident I could not use those call buttons. So could anyone let me know what I should do to make it work?
