Hi

My C-Class pinged up a message at the weekend saying that it needed Adblue, which I was not expecting as I've not done loads of miles since it was topped up at the service.
When I looked at the OBD it showed as being half full so I topped it up in any case.

It's now showing as full but with a line at the halfway mark, which is what I thought was the 'reserve' level. It also shows only 1000 miles of range.

Anyone else had this and can offer an insight?

Many thanks.

It may need the ad blue metering reset.

I presume that's a trip to a dealer/specialist?

Can anyone recommend a specialist in the Sheffield area?

Unless you know someone with an icarsoft 3 OBD2 scanner specific to mercedes. Any merc indie should be able to offer some help tbh.

I have a icarsoft cr pro, does anyone knows how to reset it, using this like what menu I should look at

Look in the service section . Dpf or anything scr related .

Added ad blue can take a few ignition cycles and a few journeys before this display changes.
