The OP may be using the wrong terminology to describe the finance that he has on the car, I.e. possibly it's not actually a lease, but some sort of loan agreement?

Yes, the reliable remappers will keep a copy of the original map and replace it if you require.

It depends what was done to car, i.e. it may have been done through coding rather than remapping? If so, then the coding can be reversed (using STAR).
