Hi
Have a 2009 C200 estate diesel no command just the flip top screen
How do I delete the telephone address book other than one by one
any help would be great thanks

Actually it has comand

Think you need to do it one by one, unless there is something in the engineering menu to set it all back to factory default.

- Press 'phone hangup', 1 and # for 10 secs

But be careful and don't mess with any other settings you are unsure about!

I think the menu sequence is the same whether or not COMAND is fitted:

1. Select "Tel" from the top menu or press the "Tel" button on the dash
2. Select "Telephone" from the bottom menu
3. Select "Delete Contacts"

Job done!
