airbag suspension?

has anybody tried putting airbag suspension on a w202 C? if so how was the ride etc, how reliable and how much the cost?

Try Rayven Hydraulics, mate of a mate.
The ride quality is terrible.
They are as reliable as the installation/lines/pumps.

I don't really think there is any need for hydraulics, you can get a W202 really really low on uprated suspension, as below.

Best I can do, but it's now about 1" lower after this picture
