Hey Guys

First I would like to apologize in advance for my bad writing - I´m danish.
I recently purchased a 2008 ML320cdi with airmatic. The car has 380.000km on it, a bit of rust, but I thinks its amazing
The problem is the airmatic, the car is sitting 3cm lower on the right side - front right and rear right. The struts are not leaking, since this level is constant, even after a week. I have tried to do a suspension calibration using the Maxidas DS808, and each corner can be lowered and raised without problems. But when I try to finish the calibration, I get a "Level calibration not successful". Before I started pushing buttons, the car did not have any airmatic faults, now it does. Can't really find the correct sensor values online, have only found for a MB wagon, which have 3 sensors only.
Values from each sensor before the first calibration :
Front Left : 3,08V
Front Right : 1.96V
Rear Left : 1,78V
Rear Right : 2.61V

Values from each sensor after the adjustments, car is now level all around :
Front Left : 3,24V
Front Right : 1.41V
Rear Left : 2,12V
Rear Right : 2.55V
The voltage from each sensor have to be within a specific value, for the scanner to accept the calibration, correct ?
Does anyone know this values ? Have seen a tread with a E-class, where is were 2-3Volts.
I have also tried to adjust each sensor to 2,5v, but the calibration still can´t be completed.
Do I really need a Star scanner, or maybe see a MB dealer ?

Hi Maddis in miles that would be 237500 miles, welcome to our forum, we have friends in Denmark and Sweden and they do say how expensive imported foreign cars are, out of interest just wondering what you paid for yours.
Yes you should get it on star, trouble is mb will charge you 1200 krone for a readout that takes a bout 20 mins at most, better to find an independent garage with star, who charged me £30 last week,🥃🍷 or 240 kroner, and gave me the printout. Good luck someone wil be along to advise. 👍

Hey Peter

I have found a small independent garage, that specialises in MBs, mostly G-wagons and MLs. He seems to know his stuff, so have booked an appointment. I got my ML fairly cheap, around 4500 pounds.
Well, you guys in the UK are probably laughing at that price, but here the government want us all to drive a f.... Clio or a Picanto haha. Taxes pr year for a 2008 ML320 is close to 1500 pound. Cheers.
