Alarm went on for no reason

Hi all!

Few months ago alarm started to go on for no reason, after that, when I was locking the car, it started making the noise when you lock it but not once as usual and also hazzards started blinking rapidly for a few minutes before stopping, in order to stop them, I had to double press the lock button or open and close the boot after locking the car. Otherwise they wouldn't stop blinking.
I've put my Icarsoft to check and got a few errors, I've deleted all of them but this one can't be deleted.
Car stopped doing that after 2 or 3 weeks but the other day I remembered about it and I've checked and the error is still there.
Car is still in warranty with Pendragon group but honestly, I would prefer not using them as the nearest garage they have is at Ford in Milton Keynes or ford Bedford and I'm in Watford.
Would want to try and fix it myself before calling them. Thank you!

Unplug the siren , looks like you have the (rather) common fault with it going wonky . It has its own batteries , when it malfunctions it sends all sorts of weird and (not) wonderful signals back to the car.

On Many MB's it is behind the Left hand front wheel arch liner , Pretty simple DIY just to unplug it and see what happens.

I unplugged one years ago an a W203 (2006) , not my car , and there has been no ill effect since.

Will try that and see what happens. Thank you for the reply and have a nice weekend!

Something like this . Unplugging it and seeing what happens (usually nothing) is a cheap DIY fault finding route.
If I have time I will try and do it today. Then put the diagnostic and see if something changed.
Thank you for the detailed pictures. Much appreciated 👏.
