Amber warning light - local code reader?

Hi,

I am new to the forum, and to Mercedes ownership. I have recently bought a 2012 C220 estate, and the Amber warning light has come one.

I wondered if anyone local had a code reader to tell what the issue is, so I could potentially drive the car, or if it is a serious issue and to not drive it.

Which amber warning light exactly has come on?

Generally you can still drive the car with an amber warning light showing, but get it diagnosed sooner than later.
It's the red warning light showing that you need to stop immediately before something terminal happens.
