AMG Sport Plus Map

I drove my brothers car it's a C250 CGi AMG sport plus

his is more responce, double down shifts and holds on to gear when cornerng, etc.

wondering is there any way of getting that done to my 204 C350 AMG Sport?

surely it's just a gearbox or throttle map?

I know this sounds silly but a Sprintbooster will transform throttle response and gear kickdown on our cars. I know because I did it. I also removed it again as it was making me too naughty

Not silly at all, I had one in my C32 AMG and even though the throttle on that was instant the SB made it crazy, raced my friends 360 Sypder and it was the difference between the throttle responce that kept me ahead of him. Shame I forgot to remove it when I sold the car.

But what the SB does not do is the double down shifts and holding onto the right gears etc...


Ps I bought it off you for my brother as a gift, he has it on his car still.

Apparently according to MB you can't do it on the 350 CGi engine.

That's what the Sport button does on your car! The "Dynamic Handling Package" not only gives firmer damping, it also provides faster throttle response and more aggressive gear shifts to optimise acceleration (yes, I did steal that bit out of the brochure). As long as you keep the power on in corners, which you should do after getting the speed right before entering, the gear holds. Kickdown is also a lot faster, or DIY with the flappy paddles.

The one I'm talking about is the AMG tuned dynamic handling package which is only offered on the 250's
